Thank you for shopping with Nya Wear. Every piece is intentionally designed or carefully handpicked by us, and we appreciate your patience as we prepare your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During collection launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note:

  • International orders may experience delays due to customs clearance.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Nya Wear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
